This work encompasses a journey through Rapid Eye Movement sleep; a stage of sleep where most muscles are paralyzed and the act of dreaming, the process of memory consolidation, and the formation of episodic memories occur and brain activity, usage of breath, heart rate, and blood pressure increase.
